The Sports and Recreational Unit under the Student Affairs Division of SEGi University worked alongside The National Blood Centre to organise Blood Donation Day 2016 in conjunction, with the International Cultural Food Fair 2016.
Everyday someone depends on blood for life especially surgery or accident victims and to treat patients with leukemia, cancer and heart diseases. A person can save the life of another by donating 450ml of blood.
The blood donation drive was held in the multipurpose hall of SEGi University form 9am to 4pm. Many students and staffs of all races came together to show their support and took time off to donate blood for this good cause.
Thank you to all who donated!
